It all began with

I’m Yasmin M., a mom of two beautiful boys, ages 8 and 3, and the heart behind LuckyLoaf. My baking journey began in the most personal way—right at home, with the people I love most.

For over ten years, my food-loving husband has been obsessed with banana walnut bread. But everywhere he tried it, it was either too sweet or loaded with unnecessary sugars. Wanting to give him the comforting taste he craved, I started baking my own version—simple, balanced, wholesome, and full of warmth. What began as a small act of love became my passion, and that homemade banana walnut bread turned into a part of our family—a flavor my sons grew up with and adored.

As my elder son grew older, I began exploring new varieties to match his curiosity and appetite. Then came a new chapter: my youngest was born with multiple nut allergies. That changed everything. I began experimenting with nut-free alternatives, determined to create safe, delicious options so he could enjoy the same homemade love without worry.

Through every recipe, every experiment, and every late-night bake, I discovered something important:
I am who I am because of my family.
They shaped my craft, deepened my purpose, and inspired the heart behind LuckyLoaf.

At LuckyLoaf, I bring my family’s story and legacy to life through artisan home baking infused with passion and purpose. As a dedicated mother and baker, I prepare a wide variety of sweet breads, muffins, and wholesome protein crisps—each crafted with premium ingredients, thoughtful customization, and meticulous care.

Today, LuckyLoaf isn’t just a bakery—it’s a piece of my home. It is a tribute to the people who made me a baker and a celebration of flavors created with compassion, creativity, and heart. Every loaf, crisp, and muffin carries our story: a family’s love, a mother’s dedication, and the pure comfort of something truly homemade.

We would love to be a vendor at your upcoming events. If you have any openings or registration opportunities, it would mean so much to be a part of them and continue sharing what started from our home.
